offered through DigiBySonmez are digital products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the product purchased, digital content may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No physical shipping or delivery fees apply to digital products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment and order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the product, delivery may be provided through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A secure digital download link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A PDF access file containing a download link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A secure cloud storage link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Buyer\u2019s account or order page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital products are generally made available immediately after successful payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In cases involving payment verification or technical processing, access may require additional processing time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery is considered completed once access to the purchased digital product or its corresponding access\/download instructions has been provided to the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate email, billing, and account information during the purchase process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PRICES AND PAYMENT<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable price and currency of each product are displayed on the relevant product page and\/or during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed in accordance with applicable requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment service providers available on the website, including iyzico where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment card information is processed securely by the relevant payment service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p CONTENT<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rights of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For digital content supplied electronically, the right of withdrawal may cease where permitted by applicable law once the supply of digital content begins with the forms, and other materials offered through DigiBySonmez are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital product in accordance with the applicable product description and license terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TECHNICAL ISSUES<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Buyer experiences a technical problem accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, the Buyer may contact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"mailto:info@digibysonmez.com\">info@digibysonmez.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DigiBySonmez will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate access or file-related technical issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"10\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be responsible for problems resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internet or network interruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party service interruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect contact information provided by the Buyer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incompatible software or systems on the Buyer\u2019s device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized or improper use of purchased digital products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"11\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For consumer disputes in T\u00fcrkiye, applications may be made to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in accordance with applicable legislation and monetary limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For international transactions, mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the Buyer may continue to apply where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"12\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RELATED POLICIES<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following policies published on DigiBySonmez form
