Subject of the Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products and subscription-based services offered on the Seller\u2019s website in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Product Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All products offered on this website are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital downloads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscription-based digital services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No physical goods are shipped.<br>No shipping costs apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital products are delivered electronically via secure download link and\/or user account access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery of Digital Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital products are delivered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Immediately after successful payment confirmation, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within a maximum of 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery is deemed completed once digital access is provided to the Buyer\u2019s registered email address or user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided contact information is accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers available on the website at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller does not store payment card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Buyer\u2019s Obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Buyer agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate and complete information during purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use digital products in accordance with license terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share digital products without written permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For disputes involving consumers residing in T\u00fcrkiye, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits defined by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For international customers, disputes shall be subject to Turkish courts unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
