All products sold on DigiBySonmez are digital products. No physical products are shipped or delivered by mail.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital product electronically.
Depending on the product, access may be provided through:
- A secure digital download link
- A PDF access file containing a download link
- A secure cloud storage link
- The customer’s account or order page
Digital products may include downloadable PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or other digital files as specified on the individual product page.
DELIVERY TIME
Digital products are generally available immediately after successful payment and order confirmation.
In some cases, payment verification or technical processing may cause a short delay before access becomes available.
NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
DigiBySonmez sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped to the customer’s address and no shipping or delivery fee is charged for digital products.
DELIVERY COMPLETION
Delivery is considered completed once the customer has been provided with access to the purchased digital product, download file, or access link.
