By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement electronically.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products and subscription-based services offered on the Seller’s website in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
3. Product Information
All products offered on this website are:
- Digital downloads
- Subscription-based digital services
No physical goods are shipped.
No shipping costs apply.
Digital products are delivered electronically via secure download link and/or user account access.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered:
- Immediately after successful payment confirmation, or
- Within a maximum of 24 hours.
Delivery is deemed completed once digital access is provided to the Buyer’s registered email address or user account.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided contact information is accurate.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers available on the website at the time of purchase.
The Seller does not store payment card details.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically once performance has begun.
By completing the purchase, the Buyer:
- Explicitly requests immediate digital delivery, and
- Acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once access to the digital product is provided.
All sales of digital products are final.
7. Buyer’s Obligations
The Buyer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during purchase
- Use digital products in accordance with license terms
- Not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share digital products without written permission
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All digital products, templates, documents, graphics, and materials available on the website are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for permitted use only.
No ownership rights are transferred.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for:
- Technical failures beyond reasonable control
- Internet service interruptions
- Incorrect email information provided by the Buyer
- Unauthorized or improper use of digital products
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
For disputes involving consumers residing in Türkiye, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits defined by law.
For international customers, disputes shall be subject to Turkish courts unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
11. Acceptance
By completing a purchase on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.
